The VoIP service can be thought as a prepaid service. In fact, a few implementations of this service were thought this way. Considering that VoIP is another IP service, IP Prepaid© was designed as the management system of IP prepaid services for the Internet world.

As we have already mentioned, the ‘Internet Card’ is a superset of prepaid service of Voice over IP. BitWay S.A. has taken the concept of prepaid to the world market of IP with its new product IP Prepaid©.

Detailed Functionality
  • Generation of unique identifiers of cards

    The IP Prepaid© system has an automatic generator motor of different card identifiers; a customizable generator of time periods of IP services and ‘Internet Cards’. Both motors are coordinated in order that the system can automatically generate the codes to be used such as username for the access to the prepaid system. The IP Prepaid© system also has a printable list of associated codes and keys, to get printed the corresponding cards.

  • Management of selling points, codes and keys to print cards

    It can generate a printable list of codes and associated keys to manage the printing, generation, reception and sending of cards. Assignation of cards to a selling point. This system interacts with POPMaster system in generating the corresponding Radius profiles to permit access to those users. With every pair of ID-password generated, the following states of the count are updated: generated, assigned, activated and expired. When the pair of ID-password is assigned, the related selling channel can be assigned, in order to have an accurate control of card distribution.

  • Management of prepaid use mode

    The IP Prepaid© system manages the prepaid by times periods, with or without web renewal. Through web interface, the user of prepaid can renew his card of prepaid services and extend its useful life, entering his newly acquired id-password and/or his credit card. If the user had previously a generated e-mail account, this one is preserved through the renewal mechanism.

  • Reports generator

    The systems can generate five different reports within the standard implementation (generation, distribution, activation, expiring, and time of use of Internet Cards). This is also customizable depending on every IP needs.

  • Management of prepaid services options

    The system allows you to configure optional e-mail service to users. If e-mail service is offered, the IP Prepaid© relies on a generation, controlling, and purging of e-mail accounts.

  • Process of time control

    The IP Prepaid© system counts with a process like the one used by POPMaster System to control the limited duration service. When the time of use of prepaid expires, the user is automatically disconnected and his card is no longer valid.
